COEUR D’ALENE GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE
Architect: G. D. Longwell

SIERRA SKI RANCH ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

Architect: Ward-Young Architects
This three story office building serves as the resort office and full-time caretaker’s residence. The structure is designed to provide snowcat access to the second level during heavy snow winters. Hart Engineering Group solved difficult foundation problems when bedrock was uncovered in the basement area. Retaining wall reinforcing steel was epoxied into the bedrock with materials available locally with HEG personnel on site for observation and retrofit.
