Sierra Ski Ranch Administration Building

This three story office building, located at 7,200 elevation in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, serves as the ski resort office and full-time caretaker’s residence. The structure is designed to provide snowcat access to the second level during heavy snow winters. Our office solved difficult foundation problems when bedrock was uncovered in the basement area. Retaining wall reinforcing steel was epoxied into the bedrock with materials available locally with our personnel on site for observation and retrofit.
